Passed Motion to Amend the Constitution

Abstain. With 3 votes in favor, two abstentions, none against, the amendment shall be presented to the General Assembly for further deliberation.
 
I object to a violation of the rules of procedure, Section 3, clauses 6 and 7.
 
Under the power bestowed to me as Speaker to use any means necessary to fix violations of rules of procedure, I change my vote to aye. As for the Senator who spoke, you are out of order for speaking here after debate has concluded.
