The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.

This is protection to the server host, for all donations being received. By clicking on the Donate button and completing the transaction you hereby certify you are the rightful owner of the funds being donated in this transaction and cannot be withdrawn / charged back.

• We have a 100% no refund policy, only donate if you have the money to donate and the money is yours. Instances of an incorrect amount being entered accidently, or at the discrection of the Service's Owner will qualify for a refund.
• All donations recieved are funelled one hundred percent back into the Service and the Region.
• Please consult your local laws to see if your donation is tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer.
• Donors will receive an additional colored role on their profile as a thank you for their donation
• No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.
• Should a chargeback occur, you forfiet your ability to use all Services provided by the Server Host and you will be IP banned. Should the chargeback be resolved, access may be restored. The Service and it's Host is not responbile for any lost content, positions, etcetera.

This Service requests all users to use their physical IP addresses. Proxies and VPNs are not permitted, the Service reserves the right to deny any Proxy or VPN user from using the Service.
