March Senate Election
The Constitution of the Union of Democratic States states that "The Senate is comprised of five Senators who are elected every two months in a two-day election that shall conclude at the end of January, March, May, July, September, and November."
The candidacy form for the March Senate Election accepted responses from 10:00 PM EST on March 25th to 10:00 PM EST on March 27th, after which a list of candidates was released. Asdersland, During, Glaciosia, Kanglia, and We The People Gouvernor submitted candidacy forms for the March Senate Election. The March Senate election ballot accepted responses from 9:00 PM EST on March 29th to 9:00 PM EST on March 31st. In total, 16 ballots were submitted, of which all were valid.
Of the valid ballots, Asdersland earned an average placement of 2.81, Kanglia earned an average placement of 2.81, Glaciosia earned an average placement of 3.00, We The People Gouvernor earned an average placement of 3.88, Druing earned an average placement of 4.06, and Re-Open Nominations earned an average placement of 4.44. Thus, Asdersland, Kanglia, Glaciosia, We The People Gouvernor, and Druing were elected to the Senate.
