A Motion
to Amend the Constitution
Introduced into the Senate by We The People; sponsored by Josephto

RECOGNIZING flaws in the Constitution;

CONCERNED about interpretations;

BELIEVING laws should be able to be repealed and replaced in one bill;

HEREBY enacts the following as an amendment of the Constitution:

Section 1:
This amendment may be referred to as the “Repeal and Replace Amendment of 2021”.

Section 2:
Article 4, Section 2, Clause 7 shall be amended to read:
“A bill is an external motion which enacts, amends, and/or repeals a statute or this document, or ratifies agreements between the Union and another party.”

This is as easy as a constitutional amendent possibly can be, there was a huge debate earlier regarding whether multiple legislative actions can be performed at once or not, and in order to assure that the legislature is able to function effectively without crossing a legal grey area I propose this Amendent
