Asdersland is a long-standing member of this community of good repute. Asdersland has been a member of this community for approximately 3 years, serving in minor IC roles which demonstrate his ability to enforce rules and competently moderate. Such roles include Constitutional Convention Discord Moderator and Unioncraft Moderator. Asdersland was considered for the position of Administrative Assistant prior to his stepping back speech and feels comfortable taking on the position, placing mental health as a priority. Asdersland, by virtue of the Administrative Assistant position, will not be a voting member of the Administrative Team. The Executive Administrative Team, the body which makes determinations, will not change.
