This article serve as to narrate and recap the tragic downturn of Triboti during 2013, from a pretty promising regional power with a 1,53 trillion GDP to mass destruction and desolation
Background
Triboti, while just a regular nation, was quite a fast-growing economy who built a regional alliance of various neighboring countries they led, they were also in ODA, Deran largest multi-national alliance, although there were already tensions between Triboti and ODA leader state, Orvos, especially with Tribotian pro-Native Marinians comments
2013:The year of disaster
It all started around midyear, when Triboti military party won the election with 56% of the vote started threatening the Nations on the western parts of the big island which they have the eastern half into joining their nation, the Russian Empire in response started threatening Triboti, it was then that Triboti would have made the fateful decision that would eventually ruin them, the decision to sends air fighters into Russia airspace, there is a confusion on if the jets actually managed to enter or not but Russia failed to shot them down and declared war on Triboti in response, soon followed by a similar declaration of war of Orvos, one of the great powers, upon Triboti, Orvos fully blockaded Triboti coastline and destroyed completely their navy quickly, then started many offensives on Triboti big half island, eventually managing to occupy it fully, while Russia occupied and brought destruction to Triboti southern territories, destroying most of their industrial base, which was located mostly there, however then Erusea, another great power, intervened with the threat of nuclear weapons and made the fighting stop, Orvos got away with demands of a demilitarized zone on Triboti westernmost border while Russia instead had to pay reparations
That would have been the end of it, if Triboti, using military access gained in Marin, wouldn’t have attacked the Russian Empire, now a NPC because the player got banned for being found out to be a alt, initially it did seems Orvos was ignoring the situation but after Triboti made significant territorial progresses Orvos demanded a Tribotian withdrawal and threatened nuclear strikes on Triboti if their soldiers in Marin (which is a protectorate of Orvos) didn’t stand down and let themselves be disarmed, and Orvos also enacted a second blockade of Tribotian lands until they would stand down, Triboti accepted to stop and have their soldiers in Marin stand down but then from another NPC nearby Russia from which they had gained military access they launched another attack on Russia, but then Orvos threatned again and at the peace deal Triboti is forced to retreat except for a small force who would remain stationed there to “prevent a tyranical government”, then immediatly after they announced they would divide southern Russia from the north as a Tribotian puppet state, which, with such a break of the peace deal, made Orvos again blockade Triboti and forced them to withdraw fully this time, Triboti also withdrew from ODA at this time
It could also have ended here, if Triboti inteligence didn’t have the brilliant idea to cause a Native Marinian (a small minority within Marin) revolt by funding said rebels, the revolt happened, got crushed extremely quickly by Orvos, then the Orvosian intelligence found out Tribotian involvement in the rebellion and declared war as well calling their allies in the Orielian Defense Accords (ODA), justifying this as a defensive war, most of their allies joined, Orvos blockaded Triboti coastline a 4th time, Trafangan bombed Tribotian coastal defenses, Erusea also joined it against Triboti by launching missiles at the Tribotian mainland/continental capital, Sol also joined but didn’t arrive in time as Triboti, despite preparing a huge defense, just surrendered as the overwhelming coalition force
The peace treaty proved to be exceptional harsh
“1:Reparations of a minimum 3 billion neutral currency reparations to each member of the ODA coalition, including Orvos, Marin, Sol, Urusea, Traifangan, Aldrisland, for a 18 billions total, and a additional 2 billion neutral currency more to Marin specifically for the damage caused by the rebellion Triboti intentionally caused
2:Each member of the coalition will be given respectively at least, if they wish, 3 small, uninhabitated territories along the coasts of Triboti as a full theirs sovereign territory, with the purpose of building military bases in those areas ceded to them (basically like the British sovereign bases in Cyprus)
3:Triboti will, by the terms of the peace treaty, not be able to declare war or do war/military actions on any of the members of the current coalition, including not being able to fund any kind of military group within those nations that aren't the current legitimate government themselves
4:Triboti military will be limited to 50,000 personnel on land, the airforce and the land forces equipment will need to be reduced by 90% and any military naval vessel won't be allowed to be kept in Triboti, effectively making Triboti navy-less, after the peace Triboti may request Orvos to protect Triboti navally should Triboti be navally first invaded.
5:Any of the peace terms being broken will result in a resuming of the war with immediate effect
6:Triboti portion of the half big island, Karang, will have a referendum on independence, if it succeed there would be a referendum on reunification every 4 years"
There, the aggressive nation got Versaile’d and thats the end of it, right?
WRONG
The Tribotian population got angry and nationalistic, the economy took a huge downturn and a huge increase in inflation, after a short while it got even worse when Erusea shot down a Tribotian plane that entered in their airspace, because then the Tribotian populace started a rebellion, killing most of the government but especially attempting a blockade of the Erusean sovereign military bases, at which Erusea declared war on Triboti, followed by Orvos and most of the previous belligerents again, Orvos established a 5TH BLOCKADE over Triboti, Triboti fell in a civil war as well between governative forces, rebels and NITS, a Tribotian terrorist organization, Erusea bombed further Triboti, Orvos and Sol actually started huge offensives in Southern continental Triboti, capturing most of the south, and of course the rebels and the government also fought each other, despite the Tribotian government helping the coalition against the rebels this time the treaty was even harsher,
The Orvosian delegate said their initial terms as below
“First of all, the terms of the previous treaty will stand unless updated by this treaty, we believe the amount of reparations that Triboti needs to pay by the previous treaty needs to be doubled, that the coalition members will have free access to Triboti resource extraction, that all the remaining not-inhabitated and lowly-inhabitated remaining areas in Triboti needs to be ceded equally to the coalition members, that Triboti may not use their military for anything but maintaining internal order, the military will further get downgraded by a 50%, that Triboti cannot contest sovereignity over any of the areas ceded previously and now, that Triboti cannot interfer in other nations internal affairs in any way and that if any of these terms gets broken hostilities and war will resume with immediate effect between Triboti and all the coalition members, other delegations may add further terms upon this obviously, these are only our initial demands."
But then Sol requested to be ceded Triboti southernmost province, in response Orvos requested the province right above as well the various smaller islands and Erusea the zone with Uranium
Corvalon also sets the demands of “And we’d like to set up permanent military observers in Triboti to ensure that the military isn’t used for offensive purposes. Annual weapon checks will be mandatory.”

Soon after, Orvos sold their Tribotian province to Sol, at which there were many condemnations by various nations, Erusea also gave back their military bases to Triboti but kept the Uranium area
For a brief bit Triboti knew a bit of peace, but then Aldrisland and Novarctica started funding a pro-ODA coup in secret, a messy, disorganized coup, Aldrisland took the initiative by sending the group they founded, the “Make Triboti ODA again”( MTOA), to assault the capitol, however their attacks on the capitol were slow, then Novarctica made the MTOA launch molotovs at the building they were assaulting, putting it on heavy fire, meanwhile Novarctica started funding other groups to take nearby areas to the capital, then funded MTOA to attack the capital city, they enjoyed some initial success but were soon pushed back, then Novarctica founded a Wagner-like group called Wacken (How original...) that they sent in Triboti to help MTOA, however this mess of a coup started definitely crumble and both Aldrisland and Novarctica cut support, with Novarctica leaving Wacken to their destiny Wacken decided to gamble and cross the border into Idessa (NPC), they managed to, Triboti requested military access to Idessa to defeat the group and promised financial compensation, Idessa refused on the grounds that the Wacken invasion could be a Tribotian invasion, then Erusea explained the situation to Idessa and got military access, capturing the entire Wacken, then Idessa requested a financial reparation of 700 billions to Triboti, Erusea gave it 1 billion, at which they were satisfied, but then Triboti made a aggressive response to Idessa and gave them only 100 billion, this angered Idessa who left Triboti western Enterka alliance, in response Triboti initiated a land blockade of trade of the landlocked Idessa by closing their border and making Idessa northern and southern NPC neighbors do the same, unfortunately for Triboti, this backfired spectacular when Orvos, the protector of Marin, Marin now being Idessa only neighbor who trade with them still, raised pro-Orvos and Marin sentiment and anti-Tribotian trought espionage, then made them sign a agreement in which they ceded their defense fully to Orvos, in effect making them a puppet, and then Marin proposing a referendum in Idessa on merging Idessa into Marin, which was approved by a over 60%, giving Triboti a direct border with Marin, and as such Orvos, a Great Power opposed to Triboti...
There also was a incident in which Triboti tried to send a spy into Trafangan, succeeded but then tried sending a helicopter to aid the spy, the helicopter promptly got captured and the ones onboard chicken out and revealed the whole operation, Trafangan forced Triboti to pay 15 billions for sending back the spy and not reveal the whole ordeal publically
Lastly, shortly before the new year Triboti decided to unrecognize Sol lands that they took from Triboti, which Orvos condemned, and they tried applying for the Reichs-Packt, another military alliance, but got rejected.
Conclusions
Triboti, before this year being a rather promising regional power, in half a year has gone to what might as well look like a hopeless catastrophic situation, either by their own miscalculations, back luck or others opportunism they have had a half-year of terrible, destructive events almost continuously, can Triboti rise once again in the next years despite all this? or will it just fall further into this hopeless abyss?
