Failed Petition to remove the speaker

Under article 2 clause 10 of the constitution, I petition this council to remove the inactive speaker from his role.
The vote shall last 72 hours and require a simple majority to pass.
Say aye if in favour
Say nay if against
Say abstain I'd you wish not to vote

Shouldn't we first discuss before voting? And Shouldn't we first try to get a hold of Jax? And Shouldn't this act state the exact reason to why you want to remove him?

I am very sorry for not being an Active Speaker, i'm drowning in Work and i can not really focus on working in the UDS (although i am decently active in Deran)
If Y'all want to remove me please go right ahead, i can not foucs on Main UDS rn anyway

With 1 in favour and 2 against Jackson remains the speaker
