This amendment seems like a no-brainer to fix a potential issue in the future. I see no reason to waste time debating it on the forum. I move to close the debate period.

I think that the campaign period need not be so long, but eradication may be a stretch. Shortening it to 24 hours allows use if someone does wish to use it but doesn't take as much time since 2 days is unnecessarily long.
