Executive
The President and Vice President are elected by the citizens on the first day of January, April, July, and October and serve for a term of three months.
The President appoints various Ministers which require a confirmation vote of the Senate to take office.
Senate
The number of seats in the Senate are calculated by the mean number of voters in the last three Senate elections divided by four and rounded up.
Senators are elected by the citizens on the first day of February, April, June, August, October, and December and serve for a term of two months.
The Senate elects one among their ranks to serve as Speaker who appoints a Deputy Speaker.
Judiciary
The Chief Justice is elected by the citizens whenever a vacancy arises and requires a confirmation vote of the Senate to take office.
The Chief Justice appoints the Deputy Chief Justice and the Associate Justice which require a confirmation vote of the Senate to take office.
Commission
The Chief Commissioner is appointed by the President whenever a vacancy arises and requires a confirmation vote of the Senate to take office.
The Chief Commissioner appoints the Deputy Commissioner.
