The Administrative team would like to facilitate the responsible fundraising of funds for regional purposes by the IC government, but such financial matters must be handled with care. Thus, this policy is established:

Should the IC Government have a need for funds as part of their mandate, they may submit a request to the Admin team in the #admin channel of the Executive Mansion discord server with the following information
What is the purchase,
Why does the executive want to make the purchase,
How much will it cost,
The timeline for when this purchase needs to be made, and,
Are there any cheaper/free options which would achieve a similar goal, if so, why have they not been chosen?
Subsequently, the admin team will review the request, and, at their discretion, make a fundraising campaign on the forum for the appropriate amount (which may be slightly increased for the purposes of covering transaction fees etc.). Following a successful conclusion of the campaign, the Admin team treasurer (at this time Phoenix) will contact the appropriate member of the IC government, and either make the purchase themselves and transfer the product to them, or reimburse the purchaser after a confirmed purchase. An unsuccessful campaign, or any other circumstances resulting in excess funds after the purchase, will result in the funds being maintained by the Administrative team, and either deposited in a general fund for discretionary use for the maintenance of UDS property, or put towards another request of the IC government, as approved by the Admin team. Appropriations of funds for stamp purchases and other such purposes already being fundraised for by the admin team are excluded from this policy. The admin team shall maintain the utmost level of transparency with regards to the disposal of these funds.
