INCIDENT Up until 2021-07-22, The UDS Admin Team maintained a public link shortener for the community to use at l.theuds.org . On or about 14:56 Eastern Standard Time (07-22) Google Safe Browsing has flagged the UDS link shortener (l.theuds.org), and by extension theuds.org as dangerous. Site operators were informed that immediate action had to be taken to rectify the issue at hand (malicious links being generated). At no time was user data from forum.theuds.org exposed. Site operators disabled the link shortener, removed any dangerous shortlinks, and filed a review ticket with Google.
Phoenix Edit: As a result, the link shorterning service will be taken offline for the foreseeable future.
