Our regional guide states that the Union is a democratic region, dedicated to the ideals of freedom, justice, and security for all nations, and we pride ourselves on professional, spirited, and principled leadership. Individuals that exemplify the Union's values and quintessentially embody the spirit of what it means to be a Unionist are eligible for nomination and induction to the Hall of Fame. Any citizen may nominate their fellow citizen to the Hall of Fame, but nominations require a second by a citizen other than the original nominator for the nomination to be valid. Citizens may nominate as many nominees as they want, however, they may only second up to two nominees.
Citizens may nominate as many or as few nominees as they'd like for each award. The nomination period for awards and the Hall of Fame will last from Saturday, December 12 to Tuesday, December 15, after which citizens will cast votes by secret ballot for each award and Hall of Fame nominee. This voting period will last from Tuesday, December 15 to the morning of Union Day - Friday, December 18. While there will be no maximum number of Hall of Fame inductees, each award is expected to be awarded to one recipient, though this may change in specific circumstances.
