The Executive

The Ministry of the Census is responsible for citizen management in the region, which includes verifying citizenship applications for Union Elections and maintaining information on past and current administrations, regional laws, and educational texts. The ministry runs the "Citizenship Counter" subboard. It is run by the Minister of the Census and supported by Deputy Ministers.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs deals with foreign matters for the government and works with the President to make decisions regarding the region's relationships with other regions. It has a hierarchical structure with the President at the top, followed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Ministers, and Ambassadors. Ambassadors fill out diplomatic visas and write monthly status reports on their assigned regions, and can be promoted to Deputy Minister. The Minister of Foreign Affairs requires keen perception, leadership, and decision-making skills.

The Minister of Culture oversees the cultural events of the Union of Democratic States and collaborates with other ministries and regions to create interregional events. This ministry is responsible for organizing activities such as (but not limited to) art competitions and writing contests to showcase the diverse talents of our citizens. By working with other regions and ministries, the Minister of Culture aims to promote cultural exchange and foster a sense of community within the Union.

The Ministry of Defense is in charge of the Union of Democratic States Armed Forces (UDSAF). The UDSAF is the Union's military and deals with threats both at home and abroad. The Minister of Defense is also the General-At-Arms of the UDSAF. Together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Minister plans missions that benefit the Union. The General-At-Arms is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Armed Forces. Soldiers can advance in rank through leadership and teamwork, and they receive special privileges, such as earning military medals and fighting for the Union's honor.

The Ministry of Roleplay is responsible for managing the function of the Union of Democratic States' Discord roleplay servers and ensuring that they provide an engaging and enjoyable experience for all participants. The ministry is also responsible for moderating the servers to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Members of the Ministry of Roleplay work together to develop and implement new ideas, rules, and systems to enhance the roleplay experience, as well as resolve any disputes or issues that may arise. They strive to create a dynamic and immersive roleplay world that allows players to explore their creativity, develop their characters, and engage in compelling storylines.

The Ministry of World Assembly Affairs is responsible for engaging with proposals on the international stage and promoting constructive discussions about them. As a moderator of these debates, they ensure that all opinions are heard and respected. Additionally, they serve as direct advisors to the World Assembly Delegate, providing valuable insights and analysis to help guide their decisions. Through their work, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs helps to shape the direction of the Union's policies and priorities on a global scale.

The Attorney General is the legal expert for the Executive branch of the Union of Democratic States government. They provide legal advice and guidance to the President and other members of the Executive government. Additionally, the Attorney General may be called upon by the President to provide legal advice on bills that have been passed by the Council of State. This helps ensure that all legislation is in compliance with the law and the Constitution of the Union. The Attorney General also represents the Union in legal matters and may prosecute cases on behalf of the government when necessary.
