EXECUTIVE ORDER 9

Executive Awards​

Section One: Establishment

1. As per the powers entrusted onto the Presidency in UL-026, the following Executive Awards are established.

2. Each award shall be presented at the end of each Presidential term to recipients by the President upon advice from the relevant Minister.


Section Two: Awards

1. The following table shall contain the design, name, and description of all Executive Awards instituted by this Order.

This award is granted to those who show excellent service in the Ministry of the Census and help fulfill the Ministry's goals, show incredible initiative in matters pertaining to the Ministry, or offer exceptional support to members of staff in the Ministry.

This award is granted to those who show excellent service in the Ministry of the Culture and help fulfill the Ministry's goals, show incredible initiative in matters pertaining to the Ministry, or offer exceptional support to members of staff in the Ministry.

The medal is themed in honor of Lenlyvit, an individual who played an integral role in developing the Union's military.

EO-009 Executive Awards​

Section One: Establishment

Section Two: Amendment to EO-007 The Ministry of Roleplay

1. Section 1, Clause 3 of EO-007 shall be replaced in full as follows: “3. Unless otherwise specified, all staff members for the Union’s Roleplaying discord server(s) shall serve as staff.”

2. Section 2, Clauses 1 and 2 of EO-007 shall be replaced in full by the following: “1. The Ministry of Roleplay functions as executive manager of the Union’s Roleplaying discord server(s) and operates alongside and in assistance to roleplay staff.

2. The Ministry of Roleplay is tasked with further responsibilities pertaining to the continuation of official regional Union roleplays on discord and the creation and maintenance of healthy and safe roleplay communities.”

Section Three: Amendment to EO-001 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs

1. Section 2, Clause 2 of EO-001 shall be replaced in full by the following: “2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs staff is composed of the Ambassadors who maintain the Union’s foreign relations. If necessary, a diplomatic team may be assigned to an interregional body.”
